Mechanical and Structural engineering designs are carried out in accordance with recognised national and international standards.

Projects are custom designed to suit client specifications with projects completed to BS, CES, DNV, NORSOK and HSE Standards. These are in addition to numerous International Steel Plant Standards.


Hydraulic and Pneumatic Design


Design and build of power units, manifold assemblies and piping circuits using standard proprietary equipment. Special purpose equipment can also be built to suit a particular environment or customer requirements.

Electrical Design

Complete systems incorporating AC & DC switchgear, inverter drive systems, PLC controls with latest machine interfaces utilising touch screen technology and telemetry systems.

Installation of electrical equipment and cabling carried out in the factory, where practical, to test the completed product.



Engineering Design Software


Designs are produced by Computer Aided Draughting techniques using 3D Autocad Inventor, 2D Autocad and Mechanical Desktop.

Mechanical and structural and thermal design analysis is undertaken using Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.
