Assembly and Testing

requires considerable expertise in fitting and assembly. It is our
policy to carry out, where practical, the complete assembly and testing
of components and machines prior to dispatch to site for installation
and commissioning. |
The assembly of machines includes, as far as practical, shop installation of Hydraulic and Electrical equipment, thus enabling motions to be operated and tested to ensure correct interface between Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment for demonstration to clients and Machine operators. |  |
 | The Assembly and Testing shops are equipped with a range of power tools, presses up to 250 Tonnes, a Deep Water Inspection Pit (9m x 4.5m x 3.6m deep) and High Pressure Testing facilities to max 30,000 psi. |
