Quality Assurance is an integral part of the Henderson management system, and employees at all levels are committed to maintaining the high international standard required by BS-EN-ISO 9000:2000 Series.

The Company's approval is subject to twice yearly Audits by the British Standards Institute. The Company's scope of approval is covered by Certificate No. Q01542 for the following: - The Design and Manufacture to customers' requirements of Mechanical Handling Equipment including Coke Oven Machines, Related Pollution Control Equipment, Metal Spraying and Stress Relieving.

John M. Henderson's manufacturing process is complemented by the availability of a comprehensive range of Non-Destructive Test Techniques undertaken by operators qualified to PCN Level II, and a fully equipped Standards Room complete with all necessary calibration masters showing traceability to National Standards to enable the company to control and calibrate all instrumentation in use within the production, inspection and / or test processes.

The facilities available to John M. Henderson enable us to produce a fully detailed and documented Quality Package for our products in accordance with BS-EN-ISO 9000:2000 Series and customers requirements.

Copies of the Company's B.S.I. Approved Quality Manual are available for inspection if required.
